E-bike day trip in the Atlas Mountains: Itinerary
Get ready for an amazing day ahead! At 9:00 a.m., our friendly team will come to pick you up from your hotel after you’ve had a delicious breakfast. Then, we’ll head to Toubkal National Park, which is going to be a short journey. Our first destination is the lovely village of Imlil, situated at an altitude of 1740m. Once we arrive, we’ll hop on our e-bikes and start our thrilling adventure towards the stunning pass of Tizi N’Tamaterte, which stands tall at 2280m.
While we pedal along, we’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the Imnane valley from a well-maintained road. The backdrop of the magnificent High Atlas Mountains, often covered in a snowy blanket, adds to the beauty of the landscape. During our journey, we’ll also pass through a series of charming Berber villages with beehives clinging to the mountainsides.
After an exhilarating ride, we’ll make a stop at the village of Ikkiss, where we’ll have the pleasure of enjoying a traditional Berber lunch with a local family. It’s a wonderful opportunity to immerse ourselves in the rich culture and hospitality of the Berber people.
Once we’ve satisfied our appetites, we’ll continue our e-bike journey downhill towards the enchanting valley of Asni. Alternatively, we can head back to Imlil, depending on the route we choose. The descent promises to be a thrilling experience, filled with awe-inspiring scenery.
As the day draws to a close, we’ll conclude our e-MTB day tour in either Imlil or Asni. From there, we’ll drive you back to Marrakech, ensuring you arrive safely at your hotel by 5 p.m. It’s been a truly unforgettable day of exploration and adventure in the heart of Morocco’s natural wonders.
