Your journey starts in Marrakech, where you will begin a scenic drive to Imlil, a charming village tucked away in the High Atlas Mountains. The drive is around 64 kilometers long and lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours. When you reach Imlil, you will kick off your hike, discovering the stunning scenery and getting used to the high altitude. The village is located at a height of 1,740 meters (5,710 feet). Once you’ve finished a day of trekking, you’ll have dinner and stay overnight in a cozy guesthouse in Imlil.
After eating breakfast, you’ll start a walk from Imlil to the Imnan Valley. Along the way, you’ll see terraced fields, charming Berber villages, and lovely green landscapes. The trail gradually ascends to about 2,000 meters (6,561 feet) in height. You’ll stop for lunch in a lovely village, enjoying a picnic with local cuisine. Afterwards, you’ll continue your walk to the heart of the Imnan Valley, where you’ll spend the night in a guesthouse or a traditional Berber house.
On day three, you will trek back to Imlil, but this time you will take a new path through the Tizi n’Agrseoual pass. This tough hike will lead you up to a height of 2,450 meters (8,038 feet), giving you amazing views of the mountains and valleys. During the journey, you will have lunch and enjoy a picnic in the beautiful surroundings. Once you come down from the pass, you will head back to Imlil and stay another night in a guesthouse.
On the fourth day, get ready for a fun mountain biking adventure! You’ll start from Imlil and pedal all the way to the Azzaden Valley through the Tizi n’Techt pass. This route is about 30 kilometers long and goes up to 2,200 meters (7,218 feet) high. It’s a mix of tough climbs and thrilling descents. Take a break for lunch in a pretty spot before heading to the Azzaden Valley. At night, you’ll stay in a cozy guesthouse in the lovely Ouirgane valley.
After you finish eating breakfast in Ouirgane, you’ll keep going on your bike trip to the Kik Plateau. This path is about 55 kilometers long and will take you through different types of land with heights that go from 1,000 to 1,800 meters (3,281 to 5,906 feet). When you reach the plateau, you’ll have a break for lunch. From there, you’ll ride downhill to the town of Amzmiz, where you’ll stay overnight in a guesthouse or hotel that is owned by people from the area.
On the last day, you will ride a bike from Amzmiz to Marrakech, going through the special Agafay Desert scenery. The path is about 50 kilometers long and includes both rocky trails and sandy roads with some small hills. You will take a break for lunch in a beautiful spot in the desert, taking in the amazing views. Then, you will head back to Marrakech on your bike to finish your adventure.
