We will leave Marrakech in the morning and head towards Agersioual to meet the team that will accompany us on our Morocco trek. The team includes a guide, a cook, muleteers, and their loyal mules. To get used to the surroundings, our first day will be dedicated to trekking in Ouirgane National Park. This area offers a more forgiving terrain with its copper-green soil and plenty of juniper trees.

For our overnight stay, we will find accommodation in a gite situated in the delightful Berber village of Tizian.

Approximately 4-5 hours of walking time.

Day 2: Azzaden valley - Ighouliden waterfalls – Refuge of Toubkal:

Today’s itinerary includes a challenging ascent from the Azzadene Valley to the Toubkal Refuge. During our journey, we will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch while marveling at the stunning vistas of the Atlas mountain range.

As night falls, we will settle in at the Toubkal Refuge (Neltner Hut), located at 3200m. It is important to note that you may be sharing a bunk room with fellow trekkers. To ensure we are well rested for the next day’s adventure, it is advisable for everyone to get an early night’s sleep in preparation for our early start to conquer Toubkal.

Approximately 7 hours of walking.
